Location the wings inside a zip-leading bag, then pour the marinade in to the bag and seal it tightly, eliminating just as much air as is possible. Squish the marinade within the wings so that all sides are coated.I can’t imagine you can have balanced chicken wings! They turned out great. I do advise not baking much more than the recipe states. I
